These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the managed server infrastructure services offered through Tenchis ("Tenchis," "we," or "us"). By purchasing or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms.
Tenchis provides managed virtual private servers (VPS) intended for legitimate uses such as application hosting, development environments, corporate websites, e-commerce, and enterprise workloads. Each service includes monitoring, technical support, and management by our team. Provisioning takes place upon payment confirmation.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Registration data must be accurate and kept up to date.
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Using the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, fraud, or any illicit activity is expressly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or cancellation without a refund.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and cover the service period specified in each plan. Renewal is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Our Refund Policy applies; it allows for a refund within 7 days if the service could not be delivered or exhibits failures attributable to Tenchis.
We strive to maintain high service availability and provide technical support to the customer. The service is offered "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability in the event of force majeure or scheduled maintenance (which will be notified whenever possible).
We may suspend or cancel the service in the event of a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or a request from a competent authority.
Tenchis shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from the use of the service. The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their information.
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via registered contact channels or on this site.
